We had the best time ever! It was a highlight of our stay in Varese! Food was AMAZING and service deserves a special recognition!! I loved every minute there and i would come back to Varese just to visit this restaurant again! If you are there, definitely try meloncello!

"The trouble with eating Italian food is that five or six days later, you’re hungry again.” – George Miller. We had such a pleasant evening, we will certainly come here again whilst staying in Varese! The staff was so friendly even though our Italian was rather rusty and we turned up without reservations. Food and wine were delicious for a reasonable price and you should definitely not miss the dessert! It's well worth a cheat day on your diet agenda. The terrace is wind covered so you can enjoy your meal open air but away from crowds and nasty breezes. No matter if you are having their famous Pizza or any other meal on the menu, you will not be disappointed. Enjoy your meal!
Best pizza i’ve ever had!
on Sunday, June 16, after a long day at further training, I felt like having a pizza. So I looked around and I came across pizzaria smile. They weren't open yet, but I was allowed in and given something to drink. Super friendly and hospitable. pizza was also delicious. Hence a 5 star for this restaurant. I will be in Varese in October and I will definitely try to come by again.
We were first surprised by the empty tables thinking that the reviews might be fake when we arrived, but the food and service proved us wrong. The pizzas were great and the staff was very friendly, they had no problems understanding us in English. The only thing missing was a menu in English, but these days it's really not a problem to use the Internet abroad to translate from Italian. A truly hidden gem in Varese!
The pizza was fantastic. I had the burrata with olives. Best pizza I have ever had!
Had an amazing experience dining here. The service was fantastic and the pizza I ordered was top class followed by a mouth watering Tiramisu. I was offered complimentary lemincello when I paid for my food. It was the perfect end to the delicious meal I had here. My first lemincello since I arrived in Italy three days ago. Would definitely recommend this place and will definitely return again.
I chose this restaurant because of the positive reviews. They were spot on. I'm a lone traveller and the staff made me feel very comfortable. And of course the food was buonissimo! The service was very welcoming.

Beautiful food, and amazing service. If you’re in town and looking for a pizza, these guys are the best. Definitely worth a visit. The pizza was simply amazing and the best I’ve had so far, for a pretty decent price too. The service was also just amazing, very kind and hospitable people. Made for a pretty special experience for my partner and I. Thank you, and we’ll definitely be back when we’re in town again!
